Predicting what cards or strategy an opponent has based on what and how the opponent has already played.

Similarly to Poker, reading (or hand-reading) describes the ability of a player to infer which cards their opponent has in hand or what strategy or they are looking to employ based on the cards that have already been played and the way in which the player played them. Additional things can go into hand-reading, such as the amount of time a player takes to play a certain card.
