The second edition of Wild Hunt, the premier North American Gwent LAN tournament, was held on June 16th-17th. I attended WH2 and – after a long, competitive tournament – was fortunate enough to come away with the championship. In this article, I’ll discuss my preparation for Wild Hunt, the decks I brought, and my experiences during the event. Hopefully, it will help you get ready for your next Gwent LAN!

The final balance update before “Project Homecoming” has been released and there are several changes to cards with “Create” mechanic along with other cards. Consequently, the tier scores that we provide in our Arena Picker have been updated according to the changes in the Swap Update. In this article, we have provided the explanations of the new abilities of the cards and how they affect the Arena Tier Scores of the changed cards and some other cards.

The chapter adaptive drafting will give guidance on how to adapt the card evaluations in the decks context. For every positive synergy a card will be granted extra points while points will be deducted for undermining effects that brings the deck stability in danger.
