Points that will matter in later rounds.

Investing points in future rounds is referred to as carryover. The most straightforward type of carryover are resilient units, which, when played in one round, remain on the board into the next, such as Gabor Zigrin. Additionally, carryover includes resurrecting units, consuming them from the graveyard, or boosting units in hand with cards such as Freya's Blessing, Ghoul, or Triss: Butterflies respectively.
